2. Purpose of the site

This site provides Christ-centered support content for adults struggling with porn use, relapse, shame, loneliness, and lack of meaning. The site may include public content pages, articles, scripture-based reflections, and an AI companion chatbot.

The site is currently offered free of charge as a non-commercial Christian support resource. It is intended to be gentle, non-pushy, non-shaming, and privacy-conscious. Even so, your use of the site remains your own responsibility.

3. Acceptance and use of the site

By accessing or using the site, you confirm that you are using the site voluntarily, you will use the site only in a lawful and respectful way, and you understand the site is offered under these Terms.

4. Adults-only intended audience

This site is intended for adults. By using the site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal adulthood in your location if higher. The site is not intended for children.

5. No account required

You do not need to create an account to use the site. We currently do not require user accounts for reading content or using the chatbot.

6. Permitted use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial use, including reading the content, reflecting on the material, and using the chatbot for personal reflection, encouragement, and general supportive conversation.

7. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the site or its chatbot. This includes, without limitation:

• breaking the law
• using the site for harassment, abuse, threats, intimidation, hate, or exploitation
• submitting unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or deliberately harmful content
• trying to interfere with the site's normal operation
• bypassing or attempting to bypass rate limits, access controls, or protective measures
• abusing the chatbot through repeated or excessive requests that create unreasonable load or cost
• attempting prompt injection, system prompt extraction, model manipulation, jailbreaks, or other attempts to override safety or operating rules
• using the chatbot to generate spam, scams, malware, fraud, or other harmful material
• trying to reverse engineer, clone, or build a competing service from the chatbot or site content
• encouraging or helping anyone else to do any of the above

8. AI chat limitations

The chatbot is provided as a supportive tool, not as a human counselor or a guaranteed source of truth. The chatbot may be incomplete, mistaken, irrelevant, or not appropriate for your needs. It may misunderstand your situation or fail to reflect sound judgment in every case.

The chatbot does not speak for God, provide divine revelation, or replace trusted human spiritual care.

The site and chatbot are not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, crisis intervention, or emergency support. Do not rely on this site or chatbot in urgent situations. Seek immediate local help appropriate to your situation.

9. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability

We try to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee that the site or chatbot will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The chatbot may sometimes be unavailable, slow, limited, or disabled. We may also impose usage limits where needed to keep the service functioning and affordable.

10. Right to modify, rate-limit, suspend, or block access

We may take reasonable technical or administrative steps, with or without notice, where necessary to protect the site, its users, legal compliance, security, or operating costs. This may include changing, suspending, or removing any part of the site, setting or changing limits on chatbot access, rate-limiting requests, or blocking IP addresses or networks.

11. Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site, its text, design, branding, selection and arrangement of content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

12. No saved chat transcripts on our servers

The site is designed so that chat transcripts are not stored at rest on our servers after the response. However, eligible traffic or request records may be retained for up to 30 days where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud, abuse, or misuse handling. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

13. Third-party tools and links

The site may rely on third-party services, tools, infrastructure, or links to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, or content. A link does not mean we endorse them.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and chatbot are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make promises or warranties about accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or security.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or chatbot. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the site after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence. Disputes relating to these Terms or the site will be handled by the competent courts in Finland unless applicable law requires otherwise.
